I’ve forever loved horses, as a youngster I had two, one a Palomino mare and one a chestnut gelding – their names were Sunshine and Chess – they were precious to me but they were my imaginary friends. When I eventually had the ability I bought a true horse, our lovely thoroughbred Banshee who immediately took our hearts. Now I get my horse fix with the western wild mustangs and I treasure each chance I get to chase them around all over the 1000s of acres they roam, occasionally getting close enough to photograph – how marvelous they are, how social and family and freedom is everything!
things are particularly unpredictable. So many of life’s challenges come as an onslaught, oh yes, oh my, hard to bear it…I’ve lost my dearest friend, best dive buddy, business partner, travel companion, confidante – all in one lovely woman. Life is so lonely without her. You understand why I’ve been absent on my blog.
Tooting my horn? Well, perhaps…if not, then what else might it be, one’s website? It’s also a bit like one hand clapping? Clapping happens when both hands move toward one another somewhat forcefully, or when one hand makes the move to the stationary other. I’d love to be the hand that has you moving in toward me – and a conversation would be ideal! I love to talk about photography and getting the shot, or talking about not getting the shot is also great fun.
